Daughters of the KingOur Phoebe Chapter of the Order of the Daughters of the King is one of the most active ministries here at St. Francis! Here are pictures of what our DOK chapter has been up to!

ABOUT US
Currently, we have 19 members; we meet bi-monthly at the parish hall. We pay a yearly National dues of $40.00. We are a fun close knit group of sisters, and our hearts reach out to those in our Parish and community. We are women to whom parishioners can look to for love and for help in time of need, loneliness, or strangeness. We seek to walk with God as our guide and try to draw those with whom we come in contact into the Church. We attend local gatherings and retreats, and we support the homeless shelters when we can in anyway possible. We host funeral receptions when asked by the families, and we pray daily for our community and church.

The mission of this Order is the extension of Christ's Kingdom through Prayer, Service and Evangelism. We are a group of Christian women striving to fulfill the promises of our Baptismal Covenant through the adoption of a Rule of Life.
